FOOD at CPP
DIVISION BANQUET (14 June, Thursday)
The evening is planned to begin at about 6:00 p.m. with areception. Dinner will follow at about 6:30 p.m. Following dinner will be a brief program, including the announcement of winners of student awards.
The cost of the banquet is $40/ticket (for presenting students, the cost is $15/ticket).
Requests for refunds must be in writing and received in the Pacific Division office no later than 1 June 2018. Requests
can be made via USPS or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A handling fee of $15.00 will be applied. Refunds to credit
cards will incur an additional 3.5% fee on the amount of the
original charge to help cover the costs of the credit card fees imposed on the Pacific Division.
