AAASPD REGISTRATION CENTER at the Boise Center on the Grove
The Registration Center will be on  the second floor of the Moyer Student Union on the UNLV campus. It will be open
Sunday, 16 June from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, 17 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 18 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 19 June from 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. Program organizers and/or presenters in the Professional category may register at a reduced cost for the full meeting. Please refer to "Professional Presenter or Program Planner Full Meeting" category above.
  2. The first 20 K-14 teachers to advance register for the full meeting (not just a workshop) will, upon request, receive a $75 stipend to help defray their meeting costs. The check for the stipend will be in the meeting packet provided at the Registration Center. The stipend is not available to those who register on-site.
  3. Advance registration ends on Friday, 31 May. No advance registrations will be accepted beyond this date. All registrations beginning Saturday, 1 June must be done on–site at the Registration Center (Sunday through Wednesday, 16 – 19 June).


STUDENT AWARDS BANQUET

Division Banquet (Tuesday, 18 June): $40.00

The Division Banquet will be held on the University of Nevada campus in the Moyer Student Union. Entrées include:
Roasted and seasoned Top Round of Beef
Grilled Salmon with dill butter
A yet unspecified vegetarian dish (Chef's choice)

All meals include a mixed green salad with raisins and cranberries tossed with raspberry vinaigrette, broccolini, roasted red potatoes, rolls and butter, dessert plate of three mini deserts (eclair, cream puss and a cookie), iced tea, iced water and, on request, coffee. Should substitution need to be made, every effort will be made to insure that the replacement is comparable to that which is listed above.

A cash bar is also planned during the reception and early part of the dinner for those wishing to purchase beer and/or wine.

Students who are eligible for awards of excellence are invited to attend as guests of the Division. Students planning to attend the banquet must be sure to indicate such at the bottom of the front page of the Advance Registration Form.



FIELD TRIPS

Several field trips are planned on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Field trips are typically full-day events but may be shorter or longer.
The cost of a field trip is determined by nature of the particular trip.
All field trips are offered on a space-available basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointments.
Persons not registered for the AAASPD or NORM 2012 meeting will be charged an additional $10 field trip registration fee. A person will pay the fee only once, regardless of whether they participate in one, two, or more field trips.

REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be in writing and received in the Pacific Division office no later than 15 May 2013. Requests can be made via USPS or e-mail (aaaspd@sou.edu). A handling fee of $15.00 will be applied. Refunds to credit cards will incur an additional 3.5% fee on the amount of the original charge to help cover the costs of the credit card fees assessed to the Pacific Division.
