AAASPD REGISTRATION CENTER at Southern Oregon University (SOU)
The Registration Center at USD will be in the Rotunda of the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice. It will be open
Saturday, 11 June from 5:00 – 6:45 p.m.
Sunday, 12 June from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Monday, 13 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, 14 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 15 June from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, 16 June from 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. Program organizers and/or presenters in the Professional category may register at a reduced cost for the full meeting. Please refer to "Professional Presenter or Program Planner Full Meeting" category above.
  2. The first 20 K-14 teachers to advance register for the full meeting (not just a workshop) will, upon request, receive a $75 stipend to help defray their meeting costs. The check for the stipend will be in the meeting packet provided at the Registration Center. The stipend is not available to those who register on-site.
  3. Advance registration ends on Friday, 3 June. No advance registrations will be accepted beyond this date. All registrations beginning Saturday, 4 June must be done on–site at the Registration Center (Saturday through Thursday, 11 – 16 June).


STUDENT AWARDS BANQUET

Division Banquet (Tuesday, 14 June): $40.00.

The Division Banquet will be held on the University of San Diego campus. Students who are eligible for awards of excellence are invited to join us as guests of the Division. Such students planning to attend the banquet must be sure to indicate so at the bottom of the first page of the Advance Registration Form.



FIELD TRIPS

Several field trips are planned on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Field trips are full-day events.
Field trips cost $15.00 to $70.00 per person, depending on the particular trip.
All field trips are offered on a space-available basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointments.
Persons not registered for the AAASPD meeting will be charged an additional $10 field trip registration fee. A person will pay the fee only once, regardless of whether they participate in one, two, or three field trips.

REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be in writing and received in the Pacific Division office no later than 19 May 2011. Requests can be made via USPS or e-mail (aaaspd@sou.edu). A handling fee of $15.00 will be applied. Refunds to credit cards will incur an additional 3.5% fee on the amount of the original charge to help cover the costs of the credit card fees assessed to the Pacific Division.
